Ryan Cleaveland

Ryan Cleaveland has a diverse work experience. Ryan started their career in 2005 as an Account Manager at Aerotek and later became a Sales Manager and then Director of Business Operations. In 2019, they joined Folds of Honor as a Junior Board Member, where they supported the organization's mission of providing scholarships to military families. In the same year, they also became the CEO/Managing Partner of Spotter Staffing. In 2023, they became a Vistage Member, contributing to the growth of their company and community through peer advisory and executive coaching.

Ryan Cleaveland attended Mundelein Consolidated High School from 1996 to 2000. Ryan then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Illinois State University, studying from 2000 to 2004.
