Hugh Fain is a seasoned litigator and dispute resolver with over thirty-five years of experience, currently serving as a shareholder at Spotts Fain, where the practice emphasizes commercial and business litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, employment law, intellectual property, construction litigation, and shareholder and partnership disputes. Hugh Fain has held leadership roles, including President of the Virginia Bar Association (2012-2013), President of the Richmond Bar Association (2006-2007), and President of The VMI Alumni Association, Inc. (2000-2002). Prior to joining Spotts Fain in 1992, Hugh Fain practiced as an attorney at McGuireWoods LLP and Bracewell LLP.
