Kasey Hoare

Kasey Hoare serves as an Associate Attorney at Spotts Fain PC since September 2018, following a role as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Beverly Snukals at the Richmond Circuit Court. Kasey gained further legal experience through internships at the Richmond City Attorney's Office and the Federal Public Defender, as well as a Judicial Externship with the Law Chambers of the Honorable Judge T. J. Hauler. Kasey’s early career also includes roles as a Law Clerk and Circulation Desk staff at the University of Richmond School of Law Library. In addition to legal work, Kasey has significant teaching experience, having served as an English Teaching Assistant in France and as a French Tutor and Student Leader Intern in various educational settings. Kasey holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in French with a minor in Educational Studies from Denison University.
