Mark Stabolepszy

Mark Stabolepszy is the Director of Municipal Engineering and Planning at Spotts, Stevens and McCoy. They have extensive experience in general municipal engineering, transportation engineering, traffic engineering, storm drainage, and hydrology. Prior to this role, they worked as a Transportation Engineer at Gannett Fleming. Mark graduated from Lehigh University in 1982 with a BS in Civil Engineering.
