Michael P. Chuisano

Mr. Chuisano is a retired senior executive having spent over 36 years at Johnson & Johnson. He brings diversified business experience from across the consumer health, medical device and pharmaceuticals businesses of Johnson & Johnson. He was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the venture subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, JJDC from 2012-2017, and led the consumer venture investing portfolio while supporting several medical device investments. While at JJDC, he served on more than 10 venture-backed private company boards, and led over $200 million in venture capital investments. Previously, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Johnson & Johnson’s Corporate Development Group from 2008 to 2011. He also held prior positions at Johnson & Johnson, including leadership positions in Johnson & Johnson’s Pharmaceuticals Group and the medical device group businesses of Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. and Ethicon, Inc. Mr. Chuisano has an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University at Buffalo, School of Engineering and Applied Science.
