Lance Gray

Lance Gray, A.C.E. is the regional manager for Sprague Pest Solutions over a diverse geography that includes southern and eastern Oregon, California, Nevada, and Arizona. Gray joined Sprague in 2009 as a route manager and has steadily risen through the ranks serving as operations and branch manager for Sprague’s Eugene service center before being promoted to his current position.

Responsible for a large portion of Sprague’s growing western U.S. footprint, Gray earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E.) designation.

Prior to joining Sprague Gray was in facility and operations management in the manufacturing industry. In addition to helping clients prevent and eliminate pests, Gray volunteers at numerous community shelters and enjoys hunting and traveling, as well as spending time with his family.
