Debbie Bates

Debbie Bates is a Conveyancer at Spratt Endicott with over 15 years experience in Residential Conveyancing. Debbie deals with a variety of property transactions with particular expertise in Freehold Sale and Purchases, Leasehold Sale and Purchases, Shared Ownership, Remortgage, Transfer of Equity, New Build, Help to buy ISA and Help to buy Equity Loans.

Debbie began her career working with Alan Olds at Fairfax Barfield & Blincowe before moving to Shoosmiths & Harrison in Banbury.

Following a stint of 10 years working with a senior partner in Hewitson Becke+Shaw where she was dealing with Wills, Trust Probate and general Private Client work, Debbie returned to Shoosmiths in 1997 primarily dealing with local conveyancing before joining Spratt Endicott’s Residential Property team.
