After spending 10 years working at city firm, Linklaters LLP, Philippa then expanded the construction practice as head of construction at a regional firm before becoming a consultant to Spratt Endicott.

She is experienced in advising on all procurement routes and construction documentation, as well as construction aspects of agreements for lease and development and funding agreements.
