Prior to this role, Cal worked as Operations Manager and Business Development Manager at Waterdown Collision, emphasizing customer service and community engagement. Previous experience includes managing operations and scheduling in a freelance capacity and leading recruitment and compliance efforts as Branch Manager at Advantage Personnel. Notably, Cal held the position of President at BELBIN & ASSOCIATES for 25 years, specializing in print sales and business strategy.
