Jaideep Balekar

Jaideep Balekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and cybersecurity. As the Principal Owner of Spray-Net since January 2023 and the Founder and Managing Principal at Compounding Capital Group since January 2020, Jaideep has successfully managed over $50 million in real estate assets and facilitated the acquisition of more than 550 rental units across multiple states, achieving significant returns for investors. Previously, Jaideep held various senior management roles at Deloitte from 2013 to 2023, focusing on cyber strategy and risk services for leading organizations, including large public sector agencies and Fortune 100 companies. Jaideep's earlier career includes positions at PwC and the University of Cincinnati, where foundational skills in IT and risk assessment were developed. Jaideep holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a Business Minor from Texas A&M University.
