Caitlin Schlichting

Caitlin Schlichting is an accomplished digital marketer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in marketing, software development, and business management. As co-founder of Spraye, Caitlin has developed a specialized software management tool for lawn spraying businesses. Caitlin also co-founded Digital Fire, a boutique digital marketing agency, and serves as Marketing Director for AgWiki, promoting sustainable agricultural solutions. Additionally, Caitlin contributes as an instructor for the Dental Hacks Academy and as a mentor at Unicorn Innovations, while providing guidance through the 6-Figure Formula Program for aspiring marketing consultants. Previous roles include co-founding Truvae and partnering with Codefi Works, along with significant experience in online marketing at The Bank of Missouri and as an independent consultant. Caitlin holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri, along with a Bank Marketing Diploma from the American Institute of Banking.
