Sayajirao P. Desai

Sayajirao P. Desai has extensive experience in the engineering field within the hospitality industry, currently serving as HOD in the Engineering Department at Spree Hotels since June 2011. Simultaneously, Sayajirao has held the position of Chief Engineer at the Fidalgo Group of Hotels since January 2015, overseeing mechanical and electrical systems. Additionally, Sayajirao has been responsible for the Engineering Department at Fidalgo Hotel since June 2011. Previously, Sayajirao began a career at Le Meridien, where responsibilities included maintaining air conditioning and kitchen equipment from January 1999 to November 2008. Sayajirao holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MOD TECH. College of Engineering, completed between 2010 and 2012.
