Alaa Anani has a diverse range of work experiences in various organizations. In 2017, they served as the Robotics Control Software Team Leader for the MATE Egypt Regional ROV Competition, where they led a team in developing control software for an underwater vehicle. They also worked as a Robotics Control Engineer for Minesweepers: Towards a Landmine-Free World, implementing a wireless control system and achieving 4th place regionally in the competition.
