Rudy Karsan

Rudy Karsan has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and roles. In 2014, they became the Managing Partner at Karlani Capital. Rudy has also served as a Board Member at RAIsonance Group since 2022. Additionally, they have been a Member of the Board of Directors at Phenom People since 2015. In 2020, they took on the role of Director at LOQBOX and Elite HRV. In 2018, Karsan became a Director at Kroo and Talentify. Rudy also serves as a Director at Emagineer since 2022 and Barsys since 2019. Furthermore, they have held the position of Chairman at INTELITY since 2016.

Rudy Karsan attended the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial Science in 1979. Rudy then pursued further education and completed the Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) program from the Society of Actuaries in 1983.
