Shannon Yontz

Shannon Yontz is a versatile professional with extensive experience in health coaching, fitness management, and event services. As a founding team member at Spren since March 2020, Shannon focuses on enhancing health through biometric insights. Shannon has been the owner and health and resilience coach at True North Pioneering and associated brands since June 2003, and previously led the Ventura County Adventure BootCamp for a decade. Earlier career roles include managing a needlework and custom framing shop and holding various catering management positions at prominent hotels, including the Lodge at Koele, Manele Bay Hotel, Lowes Coronado Bay Resort, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French from the University of San Diego, earned between 1984 and 1987.
