Jennifer Groom

Jennifer Groom has a diverse work experience in the bedding industry. Jennifer most recently worked as the Director of Operations at Spring Air International since January 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Office Administrator at E&E Bedding/Spring Air Mattress from July 2009 to December 2018, where they managed daily processes, including sales order entry, production planning, and purchasing. Jennifer also assisted with accounts payables and receivables, and maintained databases and price listings. Jennifer also worked at Consolidated Bedding, Inc/Spring Air Mattress from February 2007 to June 2008 as a Materials Manager and later as an Inventory Analyst and member of the system implementation team. Their responsibilities included overseeing inventory and purchasing patterns for multiple manufacturing facilities and assisting with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0. Jennifer's career in the bedding industry began at Serta Mattress in May 1998, where they worked as a Production Planner until February 2007.

Jennifer Groom began their education in 2012 at Northshore Community College, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Jennifer completed their studies in 2014, but the specific degree attained is unknown.
