Greg Fox

Greg Fox has over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. Greg is currently the President of Spring Arbor Senior Living, where they have held various roles since 2013, including Vice President and Director of Operations. In their previous roles, they served as the Executive Director for Atria Senior Living, Capital Senior Living, Sunrise Senior Living, Southern Assisted Living Inc., and Southwest Retirement Corporation. Throughout their career, Greg has consistently achieved positive NOI growth, surpassed budget benchmarks, and received top resident satisfaction scores. Greg has also mentored and trained future Executive Directors.

Greg Fox has a B.A. degree in Political Science from Wichita State University. Greg also has a Th.M. degree in Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary. Additionally, they hold a NC Real Estate Provisional Broker License obtained in 2007 and a NC Assisted Living Administrator certification obtained in December 2002.
