Pooja Shah

Pooja Shah is a public health professional with extensive experience in healthcare operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at Spring Branch Community Health Center since November 2019, Pooja has progressively advanced through roles including Senior Operations Specialist and Operations Specialist. Previously, as a Performance Excellence Intern at Community Health Choice, Pooja contributed to the Pay-for-Quality Program, focusing on data analysis and developing targeted interventions for Medicaid populations. Past roles also include Key Lead at Snap Kitchen, where Pooja supported store operations and customer education, and Administrative Intern at Yeung Institute, handling administrative tasks and patient scheduling. Pooja holds a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management and Policy from UTHealth, a Certificate in Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston.
