Rafael Deayala

Rafael (Ralph) deAyala, MD, currently serves as the Medical Director at Spring Branch Community Health Center's Memorial Clinic since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Medical Director at DEAYALA OB/GYN ASSOCIATES OF HOUSTON, PLLC from January 2014 to April 2022, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Additionally, Rafael was a shareholder at Inception Fertility Ventures in 2015 and served as President at Laredo OB/GYN Associates, PA from August 2005 to January 2014. Rafael's leadership experience also includes serving as President at The Women's Health Center of Baytown from June 2001 to July 2005 and at Cherokee Women's Center, PC from October 1990 to May 2001. Rafael earned an MD in Medicine from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School (1982-1986) and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin (1977-1981).
