Laure Favre has had a long and varied career in the consumer goods industry. Laure began their career in 1999 as a Sales Assistant at Danone Waters. In 2001, they moved to Cartier as a Junior Brand Manager. In 2003, they joined SC Johnson, where they held various roles including Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Category Manager, Sales Development Manager and Sales Representative. In 2015, they joined swania as the Marketing and R&D Director, where they were responsible for the relaunch of three brands and the launch of 115 innovations. In 2019, they co-founded CleanCollective (SPRiNG & beaudy). In 2022, they became a Member of Mouvement Impact France and an Investor at Time for the Planet.
Laure Favre has a diverse educational background. Laure began their studies in 1996 at Lycée Montaigne in Paris, where they completed a preparatory class. In 1998, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NEOMA Business School, with a focus in International Marketing. In 2001, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Windsor, with a focus in Marketing. In 2014, they earned a Digital Marketing certification from HEC Paris. In 2019, they obtained a Certification in Digital Marketing Fundamentals from Google. Additionally, they have a certification in Fondamentaux du marketing numérique from 2C2 D8V RS4, obtained in January of 2019.
