Rtn. Swati Joshi-Sen

Rtn. Swati Joshi-Sen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rtn. Swati began their career in 1991 as a Research Fellow at the Department of Scientific Computing and Department of Physics at the University of Pune. After that, they worked as a project lead and project manager at Tech Mahindra from 1998 to 2005. Rtn. Swati then moved on to Cognizant Technology Solutions (T-Systems) and served as a Program Manager from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they joined TechMahindra as a Delivery Manager from 2010 to 2019. Rtn. Swati then took on roles as Director Projects and Vice President - Projects at Spring Computing Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from 2019 to the present. Additionally, they had a managerial role at amdocs from 2005 to 2007. Rtn. Swati'sextensive experience in various roles demonstrates their expertise and adaptability in the field of project and program management.

Rtn. Swati Joshi-Sen obtained their MSc degree in Physics from the Physics Department at the University of Poona, where they studied from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their BSc degree in Electronics at Fergusson College from 1985 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in MSP - Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2015, and Prince 2 Practitioner from APMG, UK in October 2012.
