Julian Smith

Julian Smith has extensive experience in the mortgage and finance industry, starting as a Branch Manager at Household Finance Corporation in 2001. Julian went on to hold various sales and management roles at companies such as Wilmington Finance, New Penn Financial, and Precision Funding Group LLC. Julian then transitioned to roles as a Senior Mortgage Loan Expert at GMAC Mortgage and Lakeview Loan Servicing. Julian later became a Sales Manager at Freedom Mortgage before joining Spring EQ LLC, where they progressively advanced to the position of Director of Sales and eventually Vice President of Sales. Throughout their career, Julian specialized in Conforming, HARP, FHA, VA, and Jumbo Loan Products.

Julian Smith completed their high school education at Central High School, graduating with a Diploma in General Education in 1995. Julian then continued their studies at Allan Hancock College, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business from 1997 to 1999. Julian later earned a BS in Business Marketing from Regis University from 1999 to 2001.
