Manny Lam

Manny Lam has worked in the IT field since 2014. Manny began their career as a Computer/DI Sales Consultant at Best Buy in 2014. In 2013, they were an Intern Analyst at the City and County of San Francisco, where they worked closely with the Chief Investment Officer and utilized Bloomberg to analyze bond pricing. In 2016, they joined Geek Squad as a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent (ARA) and Geek Squad Consultation Agent (CA). During their time at Geek Squad, they performed on-site complex software and hardware repairs, securely and efficiently backed up client data, and maintained constant communication on repair activities. In 2018, they joined Microsoft as a Service Advisor, where they identified and communicated potentially complex repair situations to store leadership and proactively assessed customer's needs. In 2020, Manny began working at Spring Fertility as an Sr IT Technician and IT Support Technician.

Manny Lam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from San Francisco State University between 2014 and 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Windows 10: Implementation certification from LinkedIn, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, and an Apple Certified iOS Technician 2016 certification from Apple. Additionally, they obtained an iOS Qualification and an Apple Service Fundamentals Completion certification from Apple in 2016.
