Andrew Toler

Andrew Toler has extensive work experience in director-level roles, with a focus on operations and strategy. Andrew is currently the Director of Operations at Spring Free EV since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at A3Ventures as the Director of Operations from August 2021 to May 2022. From January 2019 to August 2021, Andrew served as the Director of Operations Strategy at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah, where they were responsible for long-term planning, quality management, and driving strategic projects. Andrew managed a team of six and implemented initiatives to improve the member experience, reduce expenses, and enhance operational efficiency. Before joining AAA, Andrew had a career in the US Army as an Army Officer, where they gained leadership and planning skills in various environments worldwide.

Andrew Toler holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Seattle University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. In 2016, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2018.
