Courtney Ehland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Courtney started their career as an Administrative Specialist at Insight Surgical Equipment in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Finance Student at CEA Study Abroad before joining Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Controllers Summer Analyst. Courtney later returned to Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Analyst and then transitioned to become an Investment Banking Controllers Analyst.
In 2017, Courtney worked as a Strategy Consultant at StageXchange before joining Spring Health as a Senior Enterprise Business Development professional. Courtney eventually became a Team Lead for Enterprise Business Development, where they helped large global organizations identify and address gaps in their employee mental health solutions. Currently, Courtney holds the position of Manager for Revenue Pipeline Strategy at Spring Health, leading a team that has successfully generated $400M+ in qualified pipeline. Courtney also continues to exceed quota and collaborates with their team to drive top-of-funnel revenue.
