Eleanor Joseph is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public sector strategy, business development, and innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Public Sector at Spring Health, Eleanor previously held multiple leadership roles at Via, including Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Business Development and Co-Chair of the ESG Task Force. As Co-Founder and CEO of Ubuntu Capital, Eleanor built a start-up focused on enhancing digital marketing for vendors in emerging economies. Additional roles include Advisor to the Mayor of Boston for Sharing Economy Policy, Associate positions at Chartis and Dalberg Global Development Advisors, and Laboratory Program Manager at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Eleanor holds an MBA and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, respectively, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics and History from Swarthmore College.
