Tarsha Leherr is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management, specializing in workforce management, customer care, and process optimization. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at TTEC since June 2022, Tarsha previously held various leadership roles at Faneuil Inc. from 2000 to 2022, culminating in the position of Executive Vice President, Business Solutions. Tarsha's expertise includes overseeing operations support, managing customer service contracts, implementing technology and quality control strategies, and optimizing staffing resources across multiple locations. Tarsha holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing and Japanese Studies from Christopher Newport University.
