Hannah Carroll

Hannah Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hannah is currently working as the Director of Strategic Alliances at Spring Health, a position they started in April 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Benefits Consultant at Hays Companies from March 2021 to March 2022. Hannah also worked at Mercer, where they held multiple roles. Hannah was a Senior Associate from February 2019 to March 2021 and an Associate from 2016 to 2019. Prior to their time at Mercer, they gained experience as a Senior Financial Analyst and a Consulting Analyst at Mercer from 2013 to 2015 and 2011 to 2013, respectively. Hannah began their professional journey as an intern at The Connecticut Health Policy Project in February 2011, where they developed materials, conducted research, and participated in outreach efforts related to healthcare access.

Hannah Carroll obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration and Business from James Madison University. Hannah attended the university from 2007 to 2010.
