Heather Terbieten

Senior Customer Success Manager at Spring Health

Heather Terbieten has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2007, they worked as a Health Educator at Girls Incorporated of Orange County, where they created and implemented lesson plans for students in grades 1 through 8. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Territory Manager at the Dairy Council of California, where they developed marketing and sales strategies for worksite wellness programs. At OptumHealth, from 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Onsite Health Specialist, engaging consumers and managing multiple technology systems related to clinical and wellness programs.

In 2013, Heather held two roles. Heather was a Well-Being Strategist at Cigna for a brief period and then transitioned to become a Senior Wellness Specialist at Western Digital until 2018. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Project Specialist at Precept.

In 2019, they joined Wondr Health as a Senior Strategic Client Consultant, specializing in providing strategic client consulting services. In 2022, they moved to Crossover Health, where they worked as an Associate Principal until August. Currently, they are employed at Spring Health as a Senior Customer Success Manager, starting in September 2022.

Heather Terbieten obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from California State University, Fullerton. Heather attended the university from 2002 to 2007.
