Jalin Cunningham

Jalin Cunningham is currently serving as a DEI Coordinator Intern at Spring Health since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as the Founding Learning Designer and Business Operations Lead at Sparkwise since May 2022, and as a 9th Grade Level Chair and Social Studies Teacher at KIPP Public Schools Northern California from July 2020 to May 2022. Jalin has also held the position of Summer Policy and Advocacy Fellow at the West Contra Costa Public Education Fund and taught Social Studies at the West Contra Costa Unified School District from August 2018 to June 2020, while participating as a Bay Area Corps Member with Teach For America. Earlier experiences include serving as Associate Managing Editor at The Harvard Crimson and interning in Social Impact at Viacom and with the Washington DC Economic Partnership. Jalin earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harvard University and is pursuing a Master of Social Work in Leadership, Management, and Entrepreneurship for Social Justice at Columbia University from 2024 to 2025.
