Jennifer Pascal

Jennifer Pascal is an accomplished billing and support professional with extensive experience in billing processes and customer service. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist at Spring Health since May 2023, Pascal previously worked at Privy from August 2021 to March 2023 in various billing roles, where responsibilities included identifying fraudulent merchant activity and serving as a liaison between the sales and compliance teams. Pascal's earlier tenure at ETS spanned a decade, during which roles included Honoraria Process Coordinator, where compliance and payment outreach was a focus, and Test Administration Process Coordinator, responsible for managing SAT test center projects and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from DeVry University and an Associate degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Mercer County Community College.
