Jessica Dahms is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with extensive experience in directing care navigation and client operations. Currently serving as the Director of Care Navigation Operations at Spring Health since October 2021, Jessica previously held the title of Director of Client Operations at Premise Health and directed special projects and clinical operations at NYC Health + Hospitals, where strategic initiatives across multiple healthcare settings were developed and implemented. Earlier roles include shaping a transformation coaching team at NYC Health + Hospitals and serving as Regional Service Coordinator at Liberty Behavioral Health, where care coordination and seamless transitions of care were prioritized. Additionally, Jessica contributed to healthcare reform initiatives as Development Director at Silver Lake Support Services, Inc., leading quality assurance efforts and policy development.
