Joseph Scholle

Joseph Scholle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joseph most recently worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Spring Health, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, Joseph worked at Rally Health for three years, from December 2018 to September 2021, where they served as a Full Stack Software Engineer. During this time, they led a major team project, received two Rally Rockstar Awards, mentored a junior engineer, and contributed to various high-impact features. Joseph also took ownership of the main client configuration repository and played a crucial role in reducing tech debt and improving documentation at Rally.

Before their time at Rally Health, Joseph worked at Vega Factor as an Engineer from September 2017 to August 2018. Joseph also served as a Python Developer at WMC Global from July 2014 to July 2017 and as a Software Developer at the Institute for the Theory & Practice of International Relations from January 2012 to May 2014. Joseph gained early professional experience as a Medical Record Technician at an Internal Medical Practice and as a Personal Shopper at Safeway, both in 2011.

Joseph Scholle attended William & Mary from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the "ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) Certificate" from ICAgile in March 2015 and the "Being a Good Mentor" certification from LinkedIn in July 2021.
