Josiah Conrad

Josiah Conrad, MPH, CHES, currently serves as the Senior RFP Proposal Writing Manager and RFP Writer & Knowledge Base Manager at Spring Health since May 2023. Previously, Josiah held the position of Senior Consultant in Workplace Well-being Consulting at Modern Health from June 2022 to January 2023, where leadership of a cross-functional team was central to developing platform and client-specific content. At Mercer from 2017 to 2022, Josiah worked as a Senior Associate, providing strategic advice to Fortune 100 companies and managing data-driven roadmaps. Earlier roles include Senior Associate and Associate at Mercer and Health Policy Associate at Strategic Healthcare Partners, LLC, as well as an internship at Mercy Health Center. Josiah earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Clemson University.
