Kathy Dang

Kathy Dang has a range of work experience in various industries. Kathy currently holds the role of VP of Health Plan Operations at Spring Health, where they focus on providing inclusive and comprehensive mental health care. Kathy is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Prevent Child Abuse America, serving in a leadership role. Additionally, Kathy is a Strategic Advisor at Anise Health, offering their expertise in strategic decision-making. Kathy is a part of the Expert Community at Westwood Ventures, contributing their knowledge and insights. Previously, Kathy held the position of Business Development Director at Headway and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Galileo. Kathy has also worked as the Head of CX Operations at Warby Parker and served as the Chief of Staff to the SVP at Anthem, Inc. In their earlier career, they were a Principal Consultant at Anthem, Inc. and a Senior Associate Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. Prior to that, Kathy worked as a Business Development & Performance Improvement Specialist at Cedars-Sinai.

Kathy Dang holds a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) with a specialization in Healthcare Business Administration and Management from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Additionally, they obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma from UCLA Extension in September 2011.
