Lauren Maaser

Lauren Maaser has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Lauren is currently a Software Developer l at Spring Health since April 2022. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Freshly from April 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for creating administrative tools using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other technologies. Prior to their career in software development, they were an Apprentice in the Engineering Flex program at Thinkful from August 2019 to July 2020, focusing on modern web technologies. Lauren also has experience in the mental health field, working as an Outpatient Mental Health Counselor at Family Service Agency from October 2017 to October 2018. Lauren provided counseling services, facilitated group discussions, and maintained necessary documentation. Lauren also served as a Graduate Level Clinical Intern at Framingham State University's counseling center from September 2016 to May 2017, providing individual counseling and participating in case consultations. Moreover, they worked as a Relief Counselor at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts from July 2016 to May 2017, supporting individuals with mental illnesses and assisting them in achieving treatment goals.
