Michael Merida-Nicolich has a diverse work experience history. Michael began their career as a Bassist in 2006 and later joined Microcad Software as an Administrative Assistant where they contributed to content development and strengthened the company's online presence. In 2016, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Jazz in July Summer Music Programs, where they supported students and faculty and streamlined content creation. From 2017 to 2019, Michael worked at Cambridge University Press, initially as a Receptionist and later as an Office Services Associate, where they excelled in managing a high-volume workload and contributed to office efficiencies. From 2016 to 2019, they also served as a Pit Musician at St. Jean's Players. Most recently, Michael joined Spring Health in 2021 and has held the roles of Customer Success Support Temp and Customer Success Associate.
Michael Merida-Nicolich obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Music with a specialization in Jazz from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
