Paola Meza's work experience begins with their role as a Care Support Coordinator at Spring Health in November 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Open Door Clinic, including Bilingual Patient Services Coordinator from May 2020 to October 2022, Bilingual Dental Coordinator from September 2018 to May 2022, and Administrative Assistant, Winter & Summer Intern, Volunteer Medical Interpreter from November 2015 to August 2018.
Paola also worked at Middlebury College as an Intercultural Student Programs Coordinator, AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow from June 2019 to August 2020, Senior Fellow and Staff Supervisor from September 2018 to May 2019, and Summer Intern from May 2018 to September 2018. Paola was also a Peer Career Advisor at Middlebury College Center for Careers and Internships from September 2018 to May 2019.
Additionally, they were a Gehr Student Innovator Fellow at Keck Medicine of USC in June 2018 and a Regional Director at Thrive Scholars from August 2017 to June 2018. Paola also served as a Jeff Ubben Posse Fellow at Children's Health Fund in June 2017 and as a Summer Program Intern at The Harmony Project in August 2016.
Furthermore, they gained research experience as a Biology Research Assistant at Middlebury College, where they conducted pilot investigations on the effect of bisphenol F (BPF) on bovine oocyte maturation, spindle formation, and chromosome alignment in vitro in Associate Professor of Biology Catherine Combelle's laboratory in June and July 2016.
Paola Meza received their Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Middlebury College, completing their education from 2015 to 2019.
