Rachel Green

Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at Spring Health

Rachel Green has a broad work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and management. Rachel began their career in 2009 as a Veterinary Technician at Banfield Pet Hospital and later worked as a Primate Keeper at Brookfield Zoo. In 2012, they served as a Research Assistant at The Field Museum before transitioning to a Corporate Trainer and Server role at BlackFinn Ameripub in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, Rachel worked as a Relationship Manager at Talener. Rachel then joined Oak Street Health in 2015, initially as a Talent Associate and later as a Manager of Talent until 2019. Rachel then took on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Civis Analytics from 2019 to 2019. In 2020, they joined OppFi, where they held three roles consecutively - Senior Manager, Recruiting; Director, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding; and Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience. Finally, in 2022, Rachel became the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Spring Health.

Rachel Green obtained a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including "Preventing Harassment in the Workplace" from LinkedIn in March 2022, "Leading at the Speed of Trust" from FranklinCovey in November 2021, "Influencing Others" from LinkedIn in March 2020, and "PADI - Open Water Diver" from DJ's Scuba Locker in April 2011.
