Sergia Flores

Sergia Flores is a seasoned life coach currently serving at GoCoach since August 2022 and is the founder of Light of Day Coaching, LLC, established in May 2012. With expertise in personalized life coaching, Sergia focuses on enhancing interpersonal communication, managing difficult discussions, navigating unexpected changes, and reigniting personal and professional passions using various coaching techniques, including mindfulness and nonviolent communication. Prior to a prominent coaching career, Sergia held multiple roles at Fidelity Investments from November 2000 to July 2021, including Senior Writer and Editor, managing a team of technical writers and producing critical communications for over 9,000 associates. Additional experience includes serving as a Traffic Coordinator at Televisa International from December 1996 to April 2000. Sergia holds a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, both from New York University.
