Stephanie Maxfield

Stephanie Maxfield is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in providing therapeutic services across various settings. Currently serving as a Contract Therapist at Spring Health since January 2024, Stephanie previously owned Simply Serene Counseling LLC, where telehealth treatment is offered to clients aged 12 and up for issues including anxiety disorders and complex trauma. Additional roles include Contract Therapist positions at Telemynd, specializing in military mental health services, and Teladoc Health, delivering telehealth across Colorado and Nevada. Stephanie's earlier experience encompasses various positions in mental health, including LCSW roles at CareMore Health and THERAVADA MENTAL HEALTH LLC, as well as therapy roles at TrueCare Treatment Centers and Neubauer Mental Health. Academically, Stephanie holds a Master's of Social Work from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
