Todd Hill

Todd Hill has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on payer and provider partnerships. Their most recent role was as the SVP Payer Strategy at Spring Health, where they were responsible for developing strategic relationships with healthcare payers. Prior to that, Hill served as the Head of Payer & Provider Partnerships at Headspace Health, where they successfully established the organization's presence with health plans and providers, growing partnerships to cover approximately 30 million lives. Todd also held the position of Vice President Market Development at Evolent Health, where they built a market development team focused on engaging physician groups and hospital systems in value-based care. Earlier in their career, Hill founded and served as President of Triangle Administrators Inc, growing the StudentBlue brand and platform to annual sales exceeding $125 million. Todd led the successful sale of the company to BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina and facilitated a seamless transition of ownership. Hill also worked as a Senior Advisor to Enterprise Strategy at Blue Cross NC and as a Partner and Co-Owner at Hill, Chesson & Woody, where they expanded the student and individual market geographically and generated $25 million in annual premium revenue. Todd began their career as a Manager of New Ventures at Campsix internet incubator, where they identified and selected Series A investment opportunities and developed corporate strategies for legal compliance. Hill also gained financial analysis experience as a Financial Analyst at Bank of America, where they generated financial models for analyzing cash flow impacts of proposed transactions.
