Lupita Hinojosa

Lupita Hinojosa, Ed.D., serves as the Superintendent of Schools for Spring Independent School District since February 2022, after holding the position of Chief of Innovation and Equity from June 2020 to February 2022. With over two decades of educational leadership experience, Hinojosa has previously worked in various roles within the Houston Independent School District, including School Services Officer, Assistant Superintendent, Executive Principal, and Principal at both elementary and middle schools. Hinojosa holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Houston and has a strong record of successfully improving student achievement and supporting school leaders across diverse educational settings.
