Marieke Bardoel

Marieke Bardoel is an experienced professional in the field of occupational psychology and reintegration advising. Currently serving as a Re-integratie adviseur at Spring Kinderopvang since April 2022, Marieke guides the entire reintegration process for employees while providing support to management and implementing strategies to reduce absenteeism. Prior experience includes a role as an Arbeids- en Organisatie Psycholoog and Casemanager at Richting B.V. from December 2016 to March 2022, where Marieke conducted employee consultations and advised employers on reintegration efforts, in addition to overseeing the absenteeism process. Marieke's career also includes positions as a Procesregisseur at ArboNed and as a Casemanager/Psycholoog at QS gezondheidsmanagement. Marieke holds a degree in Arbeid- en Organisatiepsychologie from Radboud University (1996-2001) and is furthering education at NiDi Business School in 2024.
