David Weiss

David Weiss has a diverse work experience. David is currently working at Spring Oaks Capital, LLC as a Senior Data Engineer, where they are responsible for designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow and DBT. David also works on feature enhancements and improving efficiency of the company's website. Prior to this, David worked as a Data Engineer at the same company, where they programmed OAuth2 authentication flows for internal and customer-facing apps.

Before joining Spring Oaks Capital, David was the Chief Technical Officer and Founder of Ayrro, where they focused on bringing Hedge Fund Trading Technologies to ordinary investors by creating and deploying personalized algotraders without code. Ayrro was available on iOS, Android, and the web.

David also has experience working at Capital One as a Process Manager. In this role, they utilized machine learning algorithms and BI Dashboards to provide high-quality data analyses to senior leaders. David also designed and coded web apps, including the Interview Experience web portal, and built Apps Script projects to automate and streamline manual tasks.

Additionally, David worked as a Wrestling Team Manager at the University of Pennsylvania.

David Weiss completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Grand Ledge High School from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Python from TestDome in April 2020.
