Marcelo Aita

Marcelo Aita is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the finance and collections industry. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Spring Oaks Capital, LLC since September 2019 and as an Executive Steering Committee Member for the Consumer Relations Consortium since August 2013, Marcelo plays a pivotal role in addressing industry challenges and promoting effective communication. Previously, Marcelo was President & CEO of NCB Management Services, Inc. from June 2008 to January 2019, where leadership efforts focused on debt management services for major financial institutions. Marcelo’s 17-year tenure at HSBC included various roles, culminating as National Director of Call Center Operations, and recognized membership in the HSBC Group Talent Pool. Marcelo holds a BA in Chartered Accountancy Studies from the University of Waterloo and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in Canada.
