Laura Tate McHugh

Laura Tate McHugh currently serves as Director of Impact Integration and Director of Impact Operations at Spring Point Partners LLC, where responsibilities include accelerating social impact initiatives in areas such as youth development and sustainable water. Previous experience includes roles as Program Officer at Benefits Data Trust, Project Manager at Philadelphia Youth Network, and various leadership positions focused on workforce preparation for youth. Laura's early career involved community development in South Africa with The International Grail and project coordination at the American Red Cross of Southeastern PA. Laura Tate McHugh holds a Master of Social Service degree from Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fordham University.
