Austen Donnellan

Austen Donnellan is an experienced professional in business development and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Growth at SPRING Production since January 2023. In this role, Austen manages and supports the business development team to identify and secure new growth opportunities and clients. Prior to this position, Austen held various leadership roles at Bray Leino, including Business Development Director and Business Development + Marketing Director, contributing to the agency's integrated services. Additional experience includes serving as Client Services Director at The Market Comms and The Big Kick Company Limited, as well as Director and Account Director at Dynamo Marketing. Austen holds a BA Hons in History from King's College London, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
