Nina Engelhardt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and marketing within the fashion, luxury, beauty, and retail sectors. Currently serving as Director of Executive Search at Spring Talent since September 2017, Nina excels in identifying and evaluating top-tier talent for creative and executive roles. Prior roles include Head of Marketing and Business Development for Europe at Andersen, Business Development Manager for GSA & Nordics at Markab, and Marketing Manager at The Walt Disney Company, among others. Nina's educational background comprises a Master's degree in International Marketing Management from EADA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication from The American University of Rome.
