Inga McVicar

Inga McVicar MA has extensive experience in operations, management, and project development. Inga has held various leadership roles at Springboard, including Operations Director and National Head of Employability. In addition to their work at Springboard, Inga has also been involved in the Scottish Youth Theatre as a Member of the Board of Directors and at McVicar Walden as a Managing Partner. Inga has a strong educational background with qualifications in project management, education, and training.
